Online purchases of CreddotOne are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle charges your card, issues the invoice and handles sales taxes. This policy explains when you can cancel and when you are refunded.

Free trial

Plans with a free trial start with 7 days at no charge. Your card is charged only at the end of the trial, at the price of the plan selected at that moment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. The free trial can be used only once per person.

Annual subscription and renewal

Subscriptions are annual and renew automatically. We e-mail the account managers 30 days before each renewal with the date, the amount and how to change the card or cancel. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date in My subscription; the access continues until the end of the period already paid.

14-day refund

If you are charged for a subscription you did not want, ask within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. This applies to the first charge and to each renewal. Request it in My subscription (button Request refund) or by e-mail to support@firstcreddot.com. The subscription ends on the date of the refund. The refund goes back to the card used in the payment; depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current year. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. During the free trial any change takes effect immediately, with no charge.

Training

Training sessions are charged per participant (US$ 490) to the card on file when the session is scheduled. You can cancel a request at no cost before it is scheduled. After the charge, you get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the charge and before the session takes place (in My subscription, button Cancel and refund, or by e-mail). Rescheduling is free. Sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.

AI credits

Extra AI credit packs (30 credits, US$ 99) are charged when bought and can be refunded in full within 14 days if none of their credits has been used; credits already used are not refundable.

Other cases

After 14 days from a charge, payments are not refundable, except where required by law. This policy follows the refund policy of Paddle, our reseller. Contracts signed in Brazil with The Meridian Alliance follow the terms of the contract.
